2025 KTM EXC Line-Up: Raising the Bar Again

With over three decades at the forefront of World Enduro Championships and countless regional titles, the 2025 KTM EXC lineup is set to once again dominate enduro competition.

Fresh Updates for 2025

After a major 95% overhaul in 2024, the 2025 range builds on this with cutting-edge features. The standout change is the new "orange" makeover, replacing the 1990s-inspired purple with a timeless silver-gray graphic over predominantly orange bodywork and a black frame.

The seat remains orange, with a high-grip cover and textured grip strips found on the frame protectors, tank shrouds, and bar pad.

Technical Enhancements

The 2025 models include:

WP XPLOR PDS Shock: New settings for improved pressure balance and reduced cavitation.
Updated Swingarm: Machined unit for better durability of the chain glider.
Fuel Tank Roll: New design secures the tank more firmly and protects the frame.
On/Off Switch Gear: Carried over from the KTM SX range for better control.

125 cc Model Returns

The big news for 2025 is the return of the KTM 125 XC-W, a dedicated 125 cc enduro model after a decade of absence. It uses the engine of the 2025 KTM 125 SX, with Enduro Transmission and Stator components from the KTM 150 EXC. Unique as the sole pre-mix model in the KTM 2-stroke range, it also comes standard with a map select switch.

Range Overview

The 2025 KTM EXC lineup includes:

2-Stroke Models: KTM 125 XC-W, KTM 150 EXC, KTM 250 EXC, and KTM 300 EXC.
4-Stroke Models: KTM 250 EXC-F, KTM 350 EXC-F, KTM 450 EXC-F, and KTM 500 EXC-F.

All models feature the hydro-formed, laser-cut, and robot-welded frame, known for its flex parameters, rider feedback, and straight-line stability. Suspension duties are handled by the 48 mm WP XACT Closed Cartridge spring fork and WP XPLORE PDS.
