The new 2027 KTM 690 RALLY takes the proven KTM 690 ENDURO R platform and turns it into something built for bigger days and longer rides.
The headline change is the extra fuel capacity. With dual front mounted tanks taking total capacity to around 20 litres, the 690 RALLY is designed to let riders push further into remote terrain without having to think quite so much about where the next fuel stop is.

More Fuel, More Time Riding
The 690 RALLY has been developed with extended range and long distance usability firmly in mind.
Its dual front mounted fuel tanks increase capacity to approximately 20 litres, giving riders more freedom to cover distance and spend longer away from the road.
That extra capacity is a big part of what separates the 690 RALLY from the 690 ENDURO R it is based on. It gives the bike more scope for longer adventures and more remote routes, where fuel stops are few and far between.
Put simply, it means more riding before you need to stop.
Built Around the 690 ENDURO R
Underneath it all is the proven KTM 690 ENDURO R platform.
The 690 RALLY takes that dual sport base and develops it with a stronger focus on range, stability and longer distance riding.
The aim is to keep the lighter feel and agility of an enduro bike while giving riders the endurance needed for much bigger days in the saddle.
A Proper Rally Cockpit
The new model also gets a purpose built rally tower with an integrated windshield.
This creates a more focused rally style cockpit and helps give the bike its own identity compared with the standard 690 ENDURO R.
More importantly, it fits with the wider idea behind the bike. This is a machine designed for riders who want to cover serious distance across a mix of technical off road terrain and faster liaison sections.
Made for Bigger Adventures

The 2027 KTM 690 RALLY is available to order from AMS now with a £500 deposit.
Availability will be very limited during Q4 2026, with more bikes expected to arrive in Q1 2027.
