The Best of Both Worlds

At its core, the AMT system gives riders the flexibility to switch between Manual Mode (M) and Automatic Mode (A). In M Mode, riders can shift gears manually using either the traditional gear lever on the left side of the engine or the paddle shifter on the handlebar switch cube. This ensures the sporty, engaged riding feel KTM fans love, with the precision and agility to conquer any terrain or track.

For those who prefer a more relaxed ride or are navigating challenging conditions, A Mode takes over with a fully automated transmission. Once 1st gear is engaged, the centrifugal clutch seamlessly initiates forward motion, eliminating the need for clutch control. This makes pulling away on a slope, slow-speed manoeuvring, and stopping smoother than ever before.
