With just 150 units worldwide, this is KTM’s most impressive customer race bike yet. Born from Dakar victories and refined through years of competition, it is READY TO RACE straight out of the crate.

Built on a Legacy of Dakar Dominance

Drawing on the experience of KTM’s most decorated champions including Marc Coma, Matthias Walkner, Toby Price, Kevin Benavides and Daniel Sanders, the 2026 KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA is a product of relentless development at the highest level of rally raid.

After a complete overhaul ahead of this year’s Dakar, where Sanders claimed a dominant win and Edgar Canet topped the Rally2 class, the latest model delivers unrivalled performance and durability.

Further sealing its reputation, Emanuel Gyenes rode the RALLY REPLICA to victory in the unsupported Original by Motul class. This completed an all-KTM class podium in one of the most demanding events on the planet.

Proven Power, Purpose-Built Performance

At its heart is a 450 cc fuel-injected SOHC engine, paired with a six-speed gearbox and KTM’s premium hydraulic clutch. Engineered for reliability and control, it is supported by dual radiators that keep temperatures stable through extreme stages.

The hand-welded chassis, crafted at the official KTM Motorsports facility, uses laser-cut, hydro-formed sections for exceptional rider feedback and durability. Combined with a die-cast aluminium swingarm, the result is straight-line stability and agile handling over varied terrain.

Fuel autonomy is covered by three integrated tanks, two at the front and one at the rear, offering a combined 34.5 litres for long stages without compromise.

Factory-Level Suspension and Cockpit Ergonomics

When it comes to comfort, control and adaptability, KTM has gone all in. The 2026 model features:

The carbon fibre navigation tower, rally dashboard, and aerodynamically optimised fairing have been refined over a decade to reduce fatigue and improve airflow. Long days in the saddle are made manageable by details that put rider comfort first.

Other standout features include a powerful LED headlight, integrated safety tools, and a low overall weight that ensures nimble handling through dunes, rocks and ravines.
