Unstoppable: KTM Launches the 2026 300 EXC HARDENDURO

When the terrain gets tougher, the KTM 300 EXC HARDENDURO gets better. Backed by years of success at the top level of Enduro competition, and already a firm favourite in the KTM line-up since its debut in 2024, the 2026 model builds on its formidable foundations with suspension upgrades, improved cooling and refined styling.

Whether it’s Red Bull Romaniacs, Erzbergrodeo or your own local challenge, this is the bike engineered to handle it all.

Built on Championship-Proven Success

With Manuel Lettenbichler closing in on his fifth Enduro World Championship, his machine of choice needs no introduction. The KTM 300 EXC HARDENDURO brings Factory Racing performance straight to you, combining KTM’s READY TO RACE DNA with proven podium pedigree.

Now, for 2026, the model receives a series of improvements that make it even more capable of conquering the world’s toughest terrain. From smoother suspension to smarter cooling and unmistakable styling, the latest evolution of this Hard Enduro hero leaves nothing to chance.

Refined Suspension, Greater Control

Leading the list of updates is the improved 48 mm WP XACT Closed Cartridge front fork, which now features preload basevalve adjusters, new damping settings, and lighter, shorter springs.

A revised pressure reservoir and one-piece hydro stop have also been added, delivering more precise feedback while saving 200 grams in weight.

The rear remains balanced thanks to an updated WP XPLOR PDS shock, fine-tuned for even better traction and control in extreme conditions.

Upgraded Cooling and Fuel Protection

To ensure top performance across long stages and hard climbs, the cooling system has had a makeover with a new radiator cap featuring a standard thread for faster access. A radiator fan is now fitted as standard, maintaining temperatures when airflow is limited.

On the fuel side, a new CPC fuel connector protection cap adds toughness while preventing water and dirt getting in.

Factory Looks with a Purpose

The 2026 KTM 300 EXC HARDENDURO arrives with a fresh graphics package, highlighted by KTM’s trademark orange frame, gloss finishes and a white and black colour palette. Finished with signature orange anodised PowerParts, the new look is aggressive and unmistakably factory.
