The 2026 KTM SX Range Sets the New Standard in Motocross
The 2026 KTM SX Range Sets the New Standard in Motocross

The next generation of KTM motocross bikes has arrived. With the launch of the 2026 KTM SX range, riders of all ages and skill levels can now experience the most refined, competitive and READY TO RACE line-up to date. Featuring 10 models across the 2-stroke, 4-stroke and Sportminicycle categories, this updated collection is sharper, faster and tougher than ever.

From the KTM 50 SX for young racers to the KTM 450 SX-F, which has crushed the competition in MXGP and AMA Supercross, the latest range is built to push the boundaries on every lap. Available from August 2025, these bikes feature updated chassis components, refined suspension and bold new styling that mark a fresh chapter in KTM’s offroad progression.

Championship-Built Power and Precision

At the core of the full-size SX and SX-F models is the championship-winning formula of agile handling, explosive engine performance and class-leading electronics. Riders now have the option to enhance their setup with the Connectivity Unit Offroad, which when paired with the KTMconnect app, allows detailed tuning of engine maps, traction control and suspension settings to suit any track or rider preference.

These enhancements are more than skin-deep. A revitalised orange colour scheme is complemented by purple tank spoilers, purple fork guards, a black seat and powder-coated black frame, making the 2026 range instantly recognisable. Under the plastics, KTM has standardised the radiator closure for easier maintenance and access across the range and introduced a fuel injection unit protector cap on applicable models to improve durability.

Refined Durability Across the 2-Stroke Line-Up

In the 2-stroke line-up, the KTM 125 SX, 250 SX and 300 SX benefit from updated wiring harness routing, with refined fixing points to improve weather resistance and reliability over time.

Racing Starts Early: Sportminicycles Reimagined

At the other end of the spectrum, KTM continues to lead the field with its Sportminicycle range. The KTM 50 SX, 50 SX FACTORY EDITION, 65 SX and 85 SX are purpose-built to help young riders progress from their first laps to national-level racing. For 2026, these bikes feature several important updates that align them more closely with the full-size machines, giving youngsters the best possible bikes to develop their skills.

New Suspension and Stronger Components for Youth Models

The KTM 50 SX and KTM 65 SX are now equipped with a new WP XACT AER front fork, offering improved damping and a redesigned air cartridge and sealing system for better ride quality and adjustability. The triple clamps on all Sportminicycles now match the full-size range, using a 17 mm wrench size and a closed screw nut format to improve protection against water and dirt.

KTM has also improved resistance across the board. A new throttle cable stabilisation cap prevents kinking, while the KTM 65 SX gains a reinforced clutch fixation system with higher torque resistance and pre-coating for improved long-term performance. All Sportminicycles now feature a laser-cut exhaust flange gasket, enhancing reliability and a redesigned exhaust valve ventilation system developed in Austria for greater durability.

Fit and Flexibility for Growing Racers

For growing racers, the KTM 85 SX offers additional flexibility thanks to a new rear brake lever with two adjustable length settings, helping riders fine-tune the ergonomics during the transition from smaller machines.

Factory-Level Flair for Future Champions

Meanwhile, the KTM 50 SX FACTORY EDITION gives young talent a boost of factory flair with READY TO RACE PowerParts, race replica graphics and enhanced components to help close the gap between junior aspirations and podium reality.

Ready to Race from Autumn 2025

Across the range, the 2026 KTM SX range reflects KTM’s commitment to delivering race-winning performance, championship-ready hardware and the most complete platform for every stage of a rider’s journey. Whether it’s their first ride or their fiftieth gate drop, KTM’s latest motocross machines are engineered to inspire confidence, progression and podiums.

Available from AMS in Autumn 2025, the new SX range offers an unrivalled blend of performance, technology and durability. From minis to full-size machines, KTM continues to raise the bar in motocross.

The Next Evolution: KTM Unleashes the 2026 450 RALLY REPLICA
The Next Evolution: KTM Unleashes the 2026 450 RALLY REPLICA

For riders determined to tackle the toughest terrain on Earth, the arrival of the 2026 KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA sets a new benchmark in elite offroad engineering.

With just 150 units worldwide, this is KTM’s most impressive customer race bike yet. Born from Dakar victories and refined through years of competition, it is READY TO RACE straight out of the crate.

Built on a Legacy of Dakar Dominance

Drawing on the experience of KTM’s most decorated champions including Marc Coma, Matthias Walkner, Toby Price, Kevin Benavides and Daniel Sanders, the 2026 KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA is a product of relentless development at the highest level of rally raid.

After a complete overhaul ahead of this year’s Dakar, where Sanders claimed a dominant win and Edgar Canet topped the Rally2 class, the latest model delivers unrivalled performance and durability.

Further sealing its reputation, Emanuel Gyenes rode the RALLY REPLICA to victory in the unsupported Original by Motul class. This completed an all-KTM class podium in one of the most demanding events on the planet.

Proven Power, Purpose-Built Performance

At its heart is a 450 cc fuel-injected SOHC engine, paired with a six-speed gearbox and KTM’s premium hydraulic clutch. Engineered for reliability and control, it is supported by dual radiators that keep temperatures stable through extreme stages.

The hand-welded chassis, crafted at the official KTM Motorsports facility, uses laser-cut, hydro-formed sections for exceptional rider feedback and durability. Combined with a die-cast aluminium swingarm, the result is straight-line stability and agile handling over varied terrain.

Fuel autonomy is covered by three integrated tanks, two at the front and one at the rear, offering a combined 34.5 litres for long stages without compromise.

Factory-Level Suspension and Cockpit Ergonomics

When it comes to comfort, control and adaptability, KTM has gone all in. The 2026 model features:

  • WP XACT PRO 7548 Closed Cartridge Cone Valve Forks (48 mm)

  • CNC-machined triple clamps with 23 mm offset

  • PHDS system and SCOTTS steering damper

  • WP XACT PRO 7750 adjustable rear shock

The carbon fibre navigation tower, rally dashboard, and aerodynamically optimised fairing have been refined over a decade to reduce fatigue and improve airflow. Long days in the saddle are made manageable by details that put rider comfort first.

Other standout features include a powerful LED headlight, integrated safety tools, and a low overall weight that ensures nimble handling through dunes, rocks and ravines.

Developed, Assembled and Delivered by KTM Motorsports

The 2026 KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA is built entirely by the official KTM Motorsports facility in Austria. This is not a mass-market trail bike. It is a purpose-built rally machine, fine-tuned for cross-country stages and desert dominance.

Whether you’re chasing the dream of Dakar or tackling your own rally ambitions, this is the bike that makes no compromises.

Ride Worry-Free: KTM’s 4-Year Premium Manufacturer’s Warranty

Every new KTM* comes with a standard manufacturer’s warranty, but the Premium Manufacturer’s Warranty takes things further, offering hassle-free extended coveragecompletely free—on eligible models. Covering all new 2023, 2024, and 2025 KTM Street and Travel motorcycles with LC8 or LC8c engines, this warranty applies to bikes ranging from the KTM 790 Duke to the powerhouse KTM 1390 Super Duke R EVO.

This means whether you’re tearing through city streets, carving mountain passes or tackling epic long-haul adventures, KTM has you covered.

Worldwide Coverage, No Strings Attached

The Premium Manufacturer’s Warranty is a global policy, meaning KTM owners can roam far and wide with full confidence. Even better, the warranty is attached to the motorcycle, not the rider. The only requirement? Stick to KTM’s service schedule by booking your regular servicing with an authorised KTM dealer. Keep your bike in top condition, and your warranty stays valid—up to four years of complete coverage.

Rider-Focused, Hassle-Free Protection

KTM understands that riders want to spend more time on the road and less time dealing with paperwork. That’s why the Premium Manufacturer’s Warranty is designed to be as simple as possible. Just service your bike as scheduled at an authorised KTM dealer, and KTM takes care of the rest.

“Every KTM motorcycle that leaves our factory comes with the promise of quality and excitement for both new and regular customers,” says Spela Kovacic, VP Global Customer Service. “To offer extra protection against any-and-all eventualities, we’ve added a Premium Manufacturer’s Warranty, ramping up the value for our customers. This warranty is designed to be hassle-free, with all paperwork handled by us. We believe riders will appreciate the benefits of this scheme and continue to enjoy their KTM experience on the road.”
